IBA200S-980Fb Series of single-emitter laser diode modules are based on AIGaAs/InGaAs/GaAS quantum well MOCVD heterostructure, working at (910-1070) nm spectral range. Low threshold current and high slope efficiency contribute to low operating currents, enhancing reliability.
The advantage of using cylindrical and gradient optics simultaneously is that the output design is effective in collimation or focusing of a laser beam.
An important advantage of the gradient optics is that the plug connection design is ideal to focus the light beam on the facet of the optical fiber. This enables the exchange of a fiber with the optical connector under operating conditions.
