Warranty

Laser Diodes are tested and burned-in prior to being shipped to prevent failures caused by catastrophic modes of degradation.

The devices are guaranteed to meet product specifications and to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days following the receipt of the product by the purchaser.

Individual certificate of each device is provided free of charge.

The devices that do not meet the specifications or has failed during the warranty period may be returned to IBA and will undergo testing to reveal the cause of the failure.

If the device failed due to manufacturing defect, it will be replaced free of charge.

IBA provides estimation of the laser diode lifetimes that represents an average value obtained from studies of according laser diodes reliability at standard conditions.

IBA provides detailed technical assistance to a customer before and after purchase aiming effective use of the devices in application.
